EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique; otherwise known as acupoint stimulation; joins together ancient Chinese acupressure and psychology. By tapping on accessible acupressure points throughout the body, energy flows throughout the meridian points (the circulatory system of energy)

This in turn signals to the brain and our nervous system that we are safe. In fact, an MRI focused on the amygdala (a small part of the brain) responsible for fight and flight, shows that when tapping, there is far less activation.

Because of this, we are able to access memories, emotions and sensations without causing great amounts of stress to the body. And, because energy is in flow emotions are able to move freely and be released.

By voicing phrases, our subconscious responds and where intention is placed, energy will follow.

If you look at the word emotion- note it has the word motion in it :: suggesting free flowing!
